Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your recent purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return Process

To return an item, please email us at info@windpowerwindsurfing.com to obtain a return Authorization. After receiving confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging or similar that will protect from damage and return to the following address.

  • Please note, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly encourage customers to use a trackable shipping package or service with insurance. Items damaged in return shipping will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • After receiving your return and product inspection of its condition, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process the return. Refunds time will vary depending on your card type and bank. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

  • The following is a list of items that cannot be returned.
  • Clearance Items
  • Items that were on consignment ( will be documented on invoice)
  • Used products that are in good working order (documented on invoice)
  • For defective and damaged products, please contact us by email to discuss on a case by case basis.

Please Note

  • Clearance items, end of season discounted items, and consignment items sales are final.
  • Product must be returned unused.
  • All customers who select priority mail shipping when ordering will have an automatic $200 of insurance included. If item is more than this additional insurance may be purchased by the customer. If the item is damaged in shipping product pictures will be required to file a claim. Once the claim has been processed a replacement will be sent to the customer.
  • If any shipping service is requested that does not include insurance, Wind Power will not be liable for damages.
  • Due to increased credit card fees charged for transactions, final refund will be issued minus a 2.5%  credit card fee and shipping charges unless it is a warranty or damaged in shipping claim.
  • Customers who return an item and request a store gift card will not be assessed the 2.5% fee incurred when purchased
