This Fiberspar Carbon Short SDM Base Extension is extremely lightweight and designed with performance in mind. This extension works well with any and all other SDM Mast and would be a great combo with a Carbon Mast keeping everything light weight and extremely durable.

Fiberspar offers the new Posi-Lock mast extensions compatible with European V2A pin system. These mast extensions are perfectly compatible with carbon masts and stand up to years of abuse. They will not corrode or fail like aluminum and are lighter, stronger, and easier to use.
